ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Business pertinent to the running of the Club shall be discussed providing that these subjects are formally placed on the Agenda of the General Meeting by the retiring Officials or by a requisition in writing to the Hon. Secretary, proposed and seconded by two Club Members. Nominations for the election of the Officials shall be in the hands of the Hon. Secretary not later than three days prior to the annual general meeting. Such nominations must be proposed and seconded by subscribing members and must be in writing.
