Stockton Rugby Club members are invited to attend the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is an opportunity for members to hear about the club’s progress, have their say, and help shape the future of Stockton Rugby Club.

Nomination closing date: Thursday 13th August 2026
Nominations for Officials.
Nominations for election to official roles must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary no later than seven days prior to the AGM.
Nominations must be in writing, proposed, and seconded by subscribing Members.
Nomination and Election of Board Members. Any Voting Member may nominate another Member to serve as President, Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer,
To be eligible, nominees must have been Voting Members for at least one year, be nominated and seconded by other Voting Members, and use the prescribed nomination form, submitted to the Secretary by the date set by the Board.
Definition of a Voting Member.
A Voting Member is defined as a person who pays senior membership fees or Vice Presidents’ fees on their own behalf.
Junior members and those paying fees on behalf of junior members are not classified as Voting Members.
